Our ambition is to create and deliver sustainable and collaborative legacy projects, benefitting our clients, as well as the local community and environment. We do this by engaging with, and most importantly, listening to our network of trusted experts, clients, and friends. We are actively involved with local universities pushing for more responsible ways of construction, working, and living through new design methodologies and typologies.

LAND PROMOTION

Securing planning permission and selling land to a developer can be a complex, expensive and risky process. Navigating the UK’s planning policies involves taking risk when the outcome is not guaranteed. The Entity team works closely with landowners to unlock the value of their land via a land promotion agreement. We take on the responsibility for securing the relevant planning permission and manage the entirety of the process.
We manage the whole process, entirely at our risk and only take a fee if and when the land is sold with planning consent or when the development is complete and sold. Our fees are a percentage of the ultimate sale value, meaning our interests are completely aligned with the landowner. We keep our landowners updated and as involved as they wish to be throughout the process and do our best to achieve the best return in the quickest time frame.
Ultimately, we are part of the same team, working to deliver the best price and results with no financial risk or burden for our landowners.
