Located on the edge of the Grade I listed park of Kingston Maurward College near Dorchester and within a conservation area, this project’s aim is to generate an income for the college, whilst completing an existing mid-20th century small settlement.
We designed a limited intervention around the existing close to complete the original development. Using typical vernacular architecture, we obtained planning consent with very few conditions.
The scheme is a custom build project and will be completed as the plots are sold.
