Following a number of years where the redevelopment of the strategic site of North Quay in Weymouth was not progressing, Project Entity collaborated with Campbell Reith and Mach Acoustics to propose to the council a new approach: reusing the existing and unloved council building to redevelop the site into a mixed use project.
We produced a report for the Council, aimed at maximising the potential of the site whilst retaining most of the existing structure to minimise carbon emissions for the project.
