Located at the edge of a village settlement boundary in rural Dorset, this project is at the feasibility stage and seeks to maximise the potential of a residual agricultural piece of land.
Our proposal is to recreate two traditional farm quads, hosting a range of up to 5-bed houses, in a semi-dense arrangement to maximise a community feel. The car park spaces are located in separate areas to ensure the scheme is fully pedestrian and family friendly.
